People David David is a professional writing consultant in both academic and business writing. David holds a Master of Arts degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Alberta and has lectured internationally. He is fluent in French (oral and written) and has traveled through Canada, the USA, western Europe, and eastern Europe. David has instructed plain language business writing workshops to government departments and private-sector coporations, including Alberta Energy, UMA Engineering, and the British Columbia Securities Commission. He has written essays, lectures, stories, poems, interviews, articles, and columns that have been published in academic journals, literary journals, arts and culture magazines, and newspapers. David is very skilled with computer software, and has worked with computers extensively since 1990. He designs web sites, and he designed and set up writinghelp.ca. David has worked as:
