We understand that life can be unpredictable. That's why
we waive our fees if a client cancels an appointment more
than 24 hours before the beginning of their appointment.
- If the client cancels less than 24
hours before the scheduled starting time of the appointment,
or if a client simply does not show up for an appointment
without notifying us, the fee for the full amount of
the usual appointment will apply.
- If there isn't a ususal amount of time for appointments
with the client (that is, each appointment has been
for a different amount of time), then the average will
be taken from the amount of time for previous appointments.
- Finally, if the appointment is a first appointment with us, the charge
will be $35.00.
Clients must pay the fee at the beginning of the next appointment.
